Making A Purchase
Please make your selection(s) by pressing the Add To Basket buttons and follow the Checkout route. The Checkout is also available from the left hand navigation box (pink box). You will be asked to enter the cardholder's address, but you can select to provide an alternative delivery address, which is generally more convenient for those at work all day. It's quick and simple!

Bitsnstuff do not despatch orders to PO Boxes. We request all of our customers to have registered addresses. Bitsnstuff reserves the right to decline any orders that do meet their credit card billing criteria.

We have a standardised delivery and packing service for all orders up to £75 at just £3.95 per delivery address no matter how much you order. For all mainland UK orders over £75.00 delivery is FREE of CHARGE. We try to keep our International P&P rates to a minimum. We do reserve the right to alter per individual order subject to rising postage and delivery charges and weight of order, however, we will contact you first.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept American Express, Switch/Maestro, Solo, JCB, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Visa and Mastercard via WorldPay or Paypal. Please note a Paypal Account is not needed to use that form of payment.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Please also be aware that we are not responsible for any additional sales taxes and duties your purchase may entail by your Order entering your country's postal/delivery system. These are payable by you, the customer. All transactions on this secure website are processed in £ Sterling.

Purchase of any Alcoholic Gifts - An order for alcohol and/or other goods placed by you from this company shall be subject to these terms and conditions. All other terms and conditions, express or implied by statute or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the statutory rights of any consumer. You must be over 18 years of age to place an order for alcohol, and the recipient (if different) must also be over the age of 18. The goods may differ slightly from any images shown on the website. Occasionally the wine that you order may not be available in which case we will provide a substitution of equal quality and value. Newspapers falling on a Sunday, or days where special events occurred, will incur a surcharge of approximately £20; we will contact you if this is the case. The goods will be delivered to you at the address provided by you. Please note that if there is any doubt that either you or the recipient are under the age of 18 or nobody is present to accept delivery then the delivery will not be completed. You will inspect the goods BUT MUST NOT OPEN ANY BOTTLES as soon after delivery as is reasonably practicable and will notify us of any shortages, defects in the goods or any other complaint in respect of them within 10 working days from the date the goods were delivered. You warrant that all details provided on the order form for the purpose of purchasing the goods are correct, that the credit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds and/or sufficient unused limit available to cover the cost of the goods and that you and the recipient are both over the age of 18.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Shipping And Handling
SHIPPING - We aim to offer a fast delivery service.

Many items for UK delivery will be sent by 'Royal Mail Signed For' service. A signature will be required upon delivery.

All items for delivery outside of the UK will be sent by 'Royal Mail International Signed For' service or courier. A signature will be required upon delivery. All made to order and personalised items will take longer, if you need the items by a certain date, please check that we can fulfil in time before ordering.

For deliveries to the UK and Europe please allow 7 working days from dispatch for all non-made to order items.
For deliveries to USA and Canada please allow 7-14 working days from dispatch for all non-made to order items.
For deliveries to Rest of the World please allow 7-21 working days from dispatch for all non-made to order items.

Delivery Schedule We always aim to send your purchases out within 4 days of you placing your order for non-personalised/made to order items - otherwise please check with us for expected delivery time. We will always contact you should an item be Out of Stock. In this instance you will always be given the option of placing the item on Back Order or we will refund your transaction. Some of our items are handpainted/made to/special order and/or shipped direct from the designer, so your order may arrive in several separate packages.

Late/Non Arrival of Delivery - If your delivery is late or doesn't arrive in the delivery timescale please contact us on info@bitsnstuff.co.uk In the event of a non-delivery we can only allow a replacement /refund after 20 working days has passed .This is the time scale for the Royal Mail to classify a parcel as lost.
Back Orders We will always contact you should an item be Out of Stock. In this instance you will always be given the option of placing the item on Back Order or we will refund your transaction.
Tax Charges All orders are inclusive of VAT. If you require a VAT invoice, please get in touch. VAT Registration No. 894 2439 87.
Credit Card Security We are a secure online store powered and secured by WORLDPAY and PAYPAL. We accept most major credit /debit cards. We cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons on Cosmetics and Earrings. Nor can we accept returns on Bespoke/Made To Order/Special/Personalised orders. We offer a full Refund/ Returns Service for all other items. Your refund will be authorised within 30 days. If you return an item that is not faulty or sent in error then when we issue your refund it will not include any outward shipping charges.

Once we have approved your return request you will be entirely responsible for all shipping charges. The original shipping charge from us to you is not refundable.

We are not responsible for any items lost/damaged back in transit to us. We suggest you use a ‘Signed For’ service. Once the item(s) is returned in it’s original condition we will issue you with a refund in the same method of payment which was used to purchase .In the event of a faulty item needing to be returned your shipping costs will also be paid.

Returns Policy Your Right To Cancel - You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of Despatch.
