Gift Guide for Sagittarius

Gift Guide for Sagittarius

Sagittarius Birthdays: November 22nd - December 20th

When it comes to buying gifts, easy-to-please Sagittarius is your ideal recipient! As one of the most appreciative signs in the zodiac, there's an argument that it doesn't really matter what you buy for Sagittarius: they know it's the thought that counts, and they'll love you for it - whatever it is!
Sagittarius That easygoing nature shouldn't mean sub-standard gifts, though, and just because your Sagittarius friend is easily pleased, that's no excuse for going down the "box of chocolates and Hallmark card" route. After all, they're one of the most adventurous and inquisitive signs of the zodiac, which means that you'll never be short of gift-giving ideas for them!

That inquisitive nature often takes Sagittarius off to far off places, in search of new adventures and experiences. They tend to be very well travelled, and if you can't afford an airline ticket to the fur-flung destination of their dreams, something connected with travel could still be a good idea. A guide book to the next destination on the list will always go down well, or why not buy them a selection of travel games to help while away the long hours spent on planes, trains and automobiles?

Those born under the sign of Sagittarius tend to crave adventure, so if ever there was a person made for an adventure experience gift (a balloon ride or action sport experience would be ideal), Sagittarius is that person! If the Sagittarius you're buying for is a child, and too young to go off adventuring alone, look for toys that bring to mind the type of fabulous adventures they long for - a pirate ship, for example, could be a good choice.

As well as being adventurous, Sagittarians are also extremely sociable, and like nothing more than to be surrounded with friends and family. They're the star sign most likely to appreciate a surprise party being thrown in their honour (the gesture alone will be much appreciated by Sagittarians), so gifts of alcohol can be a good way to get the party off to a roaring start.

The Sagittarius birth stone is the ruby, but don't worry - this is one star sign who won't be expecting expensive jewellery on their birthday! If your budget won't quite stretch to a ruby, look for jewellery and accessories in shade of red: this red passion bracelet could be ideal for a Sagittarius woman.

Finally, Sagittarians are the scholars and philosophers of the zodiac. You may think that a book token is a dull gift to give, but your Sagittarian friend definitely won't agree - although a personally-chosen tome that you've picked out yourself will have much more meaning for them. Not sure what to choose? Travel guides or anything on religion, spirituality or philosophy will have them happily engrossed for hours.

Famous Sagittarians:

Harpo Marx
Tina Turner
Bruce Lee
Jimi Hendrix
Mark Twain
Billy Idol
Bette Midler
Kim Basinger
Steven Speilberg
Woody Allen
