What Are Your Opening Hours?

You can shop from this website 24/7, but for human responses to your enquiries our opening hours are MON-THURS 9.30am-3pm. We are closed for this service on all UK public holidays. Someone will always respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible. We will always get back to you within 1 working day.


How Is Payment Taken On Your Site And Are You Safe?

We are a secure online store powered and secured by WORLDPAY and PAYPAL .We accept most major credit /debit cards.We are committed to your security at all times therefore we use 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted technology, secure e-mail and firewalls to protect all data passed across our networks.You can check that your browser is in secure mode by looking for the gold padlock icon displayed at the lower right hand corner of your browser whilst you are inputting your payment information.


Do You Ship International ?

Yes ... we can deliver to most parts of the world ! If your part of the world is not listed in the checkout, please get in touch and we will make arrangements to deliver to you.


Do I Have To Pay For P&P?

No not at the moment as we are currently offering FREE P&P for all UK destination orders, however, when the offer is not running we have set this to a maximum level of £3.95 for all UK orders up to £75.00. UK orders over £75.00 are Free Of Charge. We charge for all overseas orders but have tried to keep these costs to a minimum.


When Can I Expect To Receive My Order ?

We always aim to send your purchases out within 3 days of you placing your order, unless the item(s) chosen are made to order or personalised, in which case please get in touch to check delivery times if you need your order by a certain date. We will always contact you should an item be Out of Stock. In this instance you will always be given the option of placing the item on Back Order (if possible) or we will refund your transaction. Some of our items are handpainted/made to/special order and/or shipped direct from the designer. All items made to order and/order personalised will generally take 7-10 working days, however, there are some exceptions. Please contact and check before placing an order, if you need the items by a certain date.

Can I Get A Refund /Exchange ?

Absolutely ! In the unlikely event that you are unhappy we will always do our best to put things right. We offer a No Quibble 7 Day Return Policy from receipt of your order, except for made to order and personalised items. Please see our full Returns Policy in Shipping/Returns.


Do You Have A Catalogue?

We do not have a paper catalogue as our product ranges change so rapidly and by the time we had a catalogue printed it would be out of date !


Do You Stock Everything On Your Site?

No ... some of our items are shipped direct from the designer usually because they are individually made to order. This allows us to offer you a much wider range of products. Please be aware that this does mean your order may arrive in separate boxes and at different times. We now have a tracking system in place, so please click the link in the top right hand corner of the homepage to track your order.


Can I Sell My Designs On Bitsnstuff?

We are always on the lookout for new and innovative products and brands. If you are a designer and are interested in becoming a partner with us then please e-mail us at kate@bitsnstuff.co.uk with some details about yourself and your products, also images or a website link are useful.


Do You Exchange Links?

We exchange links with sites we like. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any information that is made available to you by doing this. However we only swap with sites that are non-competitive in their content.
